Partners, Zigvangelists, and Parents,

I am writing to you all today as a commitment and token of dedication for our shared goal of promoting youth activities. Advancing youth around the world to push their minds and bodies to become our future musicians, engineers, entrepreneurs, or athletes is what motivates all of us to continue to spend long hours after work, early Saturday mornings for tournaments, or late Wednesday nights for violin practice.

Zig was started with the sole purpose of making youth activities more accessible, with one thesis: getting kids off the couch. The mental health crisis children face around the world is the most damaging epidemic of our time. Children must be protected, prioritized, and invested in to ensure a prosperous society for generations to come.

What we're seeing

Our commitment to youth is manifesting itself right before our eyes:

  • More families are searching on Zig year over year by a substantial amount.
  • More of those searches turn into registrations: we've noticed those searches are converting at higher rates!
  • More parents come back, not just once, they're becoming a bigger slice of who uses Zig weekly
  • Countless hours being saved by administrators and memories being made

At this phase of Zig, we are small, we are scrappy, but we are purpose driven. Every single activity created, confirmed registration, and young mind empowered is our why.

How we'll continue to grow

We are committed to making all activities accessible for all kids from all backgrounds. We will accomplish this by:

  • Building and establishing a strong community presence
  • Providing best-in-class features and support to our partners
  • Empowering parents to connect, discover, and reduce friction

To the after-work coaches, time-crunched parents scrambling to get kids to practice on time, studio owners, educators, mentors, or friends: we see you, we are you, and we are with you.

Together we will catapult Zig into the mainstream and become the de facto standard for youth activity management and discovery.

Thank you for believing in our vision, our goals, and most importantly: our youth. Buckle in we are in for an incredible ride together.
